Your reliable virtual assistant
Looking for a trustworthy virtual assistant to take admin, email, social media and PR off your hands? I’m Hannah, an award-winning VA based in Devon, supporting busy founders and small businesses nationwide.
Expert business support, without the overhead of an employee
A virtual assistant (VA) is an experienced professional who handles your business tasks remotely, so you get reliable, skilled support without the cost, commitment or admin of hiring staff. No recruitment, no payroll, no desk to find. Just help, exactly when you need it.
As a VA with over a decade in business support, I slot straight into how you already work. Whether it’s clearing a backlog, managing your inbox week to week, or running your social media, I bring order and calm to the parts of your business that have been quietly holding you back.

Hiring a virtual assistant, explained
How much does a virtual assistant cost in the UK?
My ad-hoc rate is £35/hour (£40 for urgent work), and monthly retainers start from £150/month for a block of hours at a discounted rate. You only pay for the support you need, far less than the true cost of employing someone.
How is a VA different from hiring an employee?
There’s no recruitment, payroll, holiday pay, equipment or training. You get an experienced professional on flexible terms, scaling up or down as your workload changes.
What tasks should I delegate first?
Start with whatever drains you most, usually email, scheduling or social media. On our free call we’ll pinpoint the tasks that will buy back the most time and headspace.
Can you work with the tools I already use?
Yes. I work across the common business tools, email, calendars, CRMs, social schedulers, WordPress and more, and adapt to your setup, not the other way around.
